The basis of TUMPUAN urban intervention is to enhance the main feature of Dataran Shahbandar Kuala Terengganu, which is a popular gathering space. It serve to enhance this characteristic by act as an attraction to generate more traffic to this gathering area. Besides, additionally prototyping as a (stage / amphitheater / vantage point / elevated walkway) to improve the function of the site as an event venue
